Described herein are inspections and tests to be performed
on the Adapter Power Supplies, which are delivered
from Versitron Inc./Metric A/S to Christian Rovsing
A/S.
CRA P/N: 4.04245-01.

Incoming Inspection Standard.
PAD/PRC/0002
Non-Conformance Handling.
3̲ ̲ ̲I̲N̲C̲O̲M̲I̲N̲G̲ ̲I̲N̲S̲P̲E̲C̲T̲I̲O̲N̲
3.1 G̲E̲N̲E̲R̲A̲L̲
Unpacking, registration, inspection for shipping damage,
and visual inspection of the units shall be performed
by the ILS-Incoming Inspection Personnel.
3.1.1 R̲e̲g̲i̲s̲t̲r̲a̲t̲i̲o̲n̲
Registration shall be performed in agreement with the
lines laid down in SD/STD/017, "Incoming Inspection
Standard".
3.1.2 F̲a̲i̲l̲u̲r̲e̲ ̲R̲e̲p̲o̲r̲t̲i̲n̲g̲
All failures, discrepancies etc. shall be reported
in agreement with the lines laid down in PAD/PRC/0002,
"Non-Conformance Handling".
3.2 D̲O̲C̲U̲M̲E̲N̲T̲A̲T̲I̲O̲N̲
3.2.1 I̲n̲v̲o̲i̲c̲e̲ ̲a̲n̲d̲ ̲C̲O̲C̲'̲s̲
Invoice and Certificates of Conformance shall be distributed
to the Project Office in copies.
4̲ ̲ ̲V̲I̲S̲U̲A̲L̲ ̲I̲N̲S̲P̲E̲C̲T̲I̲O̲N̲
4.1 G̲E̲N̲E̲R̲A̲L̲
The following visual inspection points shall be inspected
by the ILS-Incoming Inspection Personnel.
4.1.1 I̲n̲s̲p̲e̲c̲t̲i̲o̲n̲ ̲P̲o̲i̲n̲t̲s̲
a) Verify that all ordered items are presented.
b) Inspect the units for possible shipping damage.
c) Verify that the workmanship is in accordance with
CPS/AUX/009.
5̲ ̲ ̲T̲E̲S̲T̲ ̲E̲Q̲U̲I̲P̲M̲E̲N̲T̲
The following test equipment will be utilized during
the test:
a) Multimeter, FLUKE 8020A.
6̲ ̲ ̲F̲U̲N̲C̲T̲I̲O̲N̲A̲L̲ ̲T̲E̲S̲T̲
6.1 G̲E̲N̲E̲R̲A̲L̲
The following tests shall be performed on each unit
by environment 25…0e…o…0f…C:
6.1.1 T̲e̲s̲t̲ ̲o̲f̲ ̲I̲n̲s̲u̲l̲a̲t̲i̲o̲n̲
Check insulation in the following three points:
a) Primary to secondary!
b) Chassis to primary!
c) Chassis to secondary!
6.1.2 T̲e̲s̲t̲ ̲o̲f̲ ̲O̲u̲t̲p̲u̲t̲
With input 220VAC, 50Hz, check output in the following
points:
a) Secondary AB: 9VAC 10%, load 4,2A
b) Secondary AC: 18VAC 10%, load 4,2A
The load shall be a resistor 4 .
Fill in the results in Incoming Inspection Log, app.
