Dear Ms. Joiner,
Christian Rovsing is pleased to submit this proposal to the Defense Supply Service for the above
referenced subject. The proposal is in full compliance with the requirements stated in the Request
For Proposal, and is presented in three volumes:
Volume I The Technical Proposal (6 copies)
Volume II The Price Proposal (2 copies)
Volume III The Completed Solicitation (1 copy)
As some services will be provided by Christian Rovsing in Denmark, it is important to note that,
in reference to RFP Section K-7, Denmark should be included in the list of countries exempted
from the Buy American Act. Exempt status for Denmark was confirmed by yourself in a telephone
conversation with Mr. Niels Bodelsen of the Danish Embassy in Washington on 8 November 1983.

Please note that the decision to tender a bid for Ada Language Maintenance and International
Organization for Standardization (ISO) Support represents a definite commitment on the part
of CHRISTIAN ROVSING to devote the necessary resources in the USA and Europe to meet the requirements
of the project and to ensure its successful completion.
