The following agenda items were discussed.

1. P̲r̲o̲b̲l̲e̲m̲ ̲R̲e̲s̲o̲l̲u̲t̲i̲o̲n̲s̲
TRACOR presented the resolutions to the
problem areas recognized between CR and
TRACOR. CR commented the key status problem
as follows:
Key status signal is imposed with a 5Vpp
50 Hz signal, this is detected by the
P10 as key on/key off at a rate of 100
Hz.
Problem comes from ripple between frame
- and signal ground, being adopted by
the feed through capacitors.
Solution: capacitor 4,7 micro Farad/63V
being connected as shown in appendix
A.
Physically the capacitor is located as
shown in appendix B.

Samples handed over to Tracor.
Tracor was instructed by CR as to value
and type of capacitor to be used, and
mounting configuration for retrofit.
CR will furnish the capacitors to Tracor.
2. N̲e̲w̲ ̲S̲o̲f̲t̲w̲a̲r̲e̲ ̲P̲r̲o̲b̲l̲e̲m̲
CR presented the problem specified in
telex CPS/108/TLX/0145 and appendix C.
TRACOR will as soon as possible return
with an answer.
3. D̲o̲c̲u̲m̲e̲n̲t̲a̲t̲i̲o̲n̲ ̲U̲p̲d̲a̲t̲e̲
TRACOR promised to incorporate the configuration
changes in the technical manuals.
Furthermore, TRACOR will as soon as possible
return with a firm commitment when the
updated manuals will be submitted. All
comments have been submitted to Tracor.
Finally TRACOR will look into if it is
possible to submit original drawings
rather than copies.
4. R̲e̲t̲r̲o̲f̲i̲t̲ ̲P̲l̲a̲n̲
CR proposed that 35 MSPs are retrofitted
prior to 20. February 1984. Tracor will
review the feasibility of this effort.
TRACOR explained that the remaining printers
will be retrofitted during March and
April 1984.
The major retrofit will take place at
CR's plant in Denmark (approximately
140 systems). Other Systems will be retrofitted
on site unless it is determined acceptable
to return the units to CR.
CR will furnish material handling personnel
throughout the retrofit period. CR will
also furnish technical personnel to assist
Tracor in an available basis.
5. P̲a̲y̲m̲e̲n̲t̲s̲
CR explained that they have initiated
payments specified in TRACOR telex January
9, 0942.
6. R̲e̲v̲i̲e̲w̲ ̲o̲f̲ ̲T̲R̲A̲C̲O̲R̲ ̲P̲r̲i̲n̲t̲e̲r̲s̲
TRACOR inspected 25 of the MSP units
which have failed.
