An ACP127 message is a cmplex structure of variable length components. Different
views of this structure are needed depending upon the use being mode of the message.
This section describes the views of a message required by CAMPS with reference to
fig. 4.2.6-1. In all cass the SOTF and EOTF sequences are never stored.

The message has a start and an end and analysis is attempting to define the structure
in between.

Fr a message in general ACP127 format lines 1 through 11 are identified though some
are optional and some are not present in certain types of message. ACP127 page headings
may be present within format lines 7 onwards and in the test. If the messagehas
been re-addressed format lines 5 to 11 re-occur.
