correlate \- correlates an input image with a template

correlate template.var [input.var [output.var]]

This generates the correlation of a template with an input file.
It only generates points when the template fits entirely within the
input image so the output is smaller than the input.
When the input
and output files are not supplied they are replaced by stdin and stdout.
