	* Microcode version 8.2 Release 4.1.1  Various changes:
- Support for Celerity.
- Fix bug in lookup.c by which a set! to an unbound variable in the
student system would kill scheme.
- Propagate a bug fix in fixnum multiply from unix.c to vms.c and
unknown.c.
- Assembly language fixnum multiply for 68k family machines.

	* Microcode version 8.2, Release 4.1.  Various changes:
- gctype.c and storage.c had spurious ^Ms.
- bitops.c had a bug.  Fixed by kwh.
- config.h slightly rearranged.
- Makefile.unk a new bare makefile.  Makefile.* changed slightly.
- ../Install.unx failed to specify that the Makefile to edit was in the
microcode subdirectory.
