var2iff \- a conversion program from var format to iff

var2iff [input.var [output.iff]]

This takes files in the var(5) image format and generates files
in the iff(5) image format.
If no arguments this is a pipe,
with one argument uses it to find input with two arguments 
uses them for input and output.
