upperbound \- places an upperbound on the pixels of a var file
.SH "SYNOPSIS"
upperbound bound [input.var [output.var]]
.SH "DESCRIPTION"
This program goes through the pixels of a var file replacing
each pixel that exceeds the bound with the bound.
This program should be useful in constructing files to be
shown on devices with limited range.
When input or output file names are not present they are replaced
with stdin and stdout respectively.
