This is a preprocessor for fortran, which supports macros,
flow control extensions, vector statement shorthand, and
automatic loop unrolling for certain classes of loops.
It is written in generic c and will run on nearly any
machine: ibmpc, Sun, CrayXMP, Definicon dsi20.
