Note that two quite expensive figures (they are alone larger than all the
rest of this package) have been placed in draft mode to make this smaller for
uucp transport.

To get the full document, ftp the files figs/fancyimage.ps and figs/psfig.ps.1
from linc.cis.upenn.edu (anonymous ftp, pub directory) and place them in the
doc/figs directory of psfigtex.

Then delete the line that says
\psdraft %% delete me for full copy of paper
from figdoc.tex
