In order to do that, the ISODE database should be updated with the management imisc application context and service: context = "isode miscellany" service = "misode miscellany" Note that the imisc/ximiscd program is a dynamic server. The exact entries should be: In isoentities: default "misode miscellany" 1.17.5.14.0 "" "" "605" In isoservices: "tsap/misode miscellany" "605" /bla/.../bla/osimis/misode/imisc/ximiscd The path is for the modified imisc server to be invoked by the TSAP daemon. It should reflect the imisc daemon installation in your system. The imisc client can be executed by typing "ximisc <host>". This will open a transport connection to the imisc server (ximiscd program) on the remote host and the management tools in osimis/smap may be used to verify the correct operation of the system.
