NAME
     perm - randomly permute lines

SYNOPSIS
     perm

DESCRIPTION
     _▶08◀P_▶08◀e_▶08◀r_▶08◀m reads the lines from the standard input and prints them
     in random order.

LIMITATIONS
     The number of lines is limited to some large number, such as
     1000.
