TextFile

This is a file which holds players and ranks and whatever else you would
like to put in here.
ranks: (optional, but helps determine handicaps
30 kyu: absolute beginner- knows nothing
    1 kyu: best beginner
1 dan: Lowest amateur rank. Next rank after 1 kyu (amateur dan)
9 dan: best amateur dan rank
1 professional dan: Rare. Lowest of the professional ranks.
9 professional dan: Highest rank in the world.

Handicaps should be given roughly as follows: for the weaker player,
give 1 stone for each difference in rank. Eg, a 30 kyu should get 4
handicap stones against a 26 kyu player. If you beat a stronger player
three times, figure you have gone up a rank or so (estimate only).
