Build is used for constructing a full Genix after making the mini
system. You'll be asked a lot of questions, and the following are
always legal answers:
<return> - print list of alternatives
help - more information on the question
intro - print this message
quit - immediately exit from a step in build
Commands must be typed in lower case letters followed by <return>
and cannot be abbreviated. If you're building everything at once
you should not use the 'quit' command.
One can also use parts of build to modify an existing Genix system
but build is not meant for this.
