This is the final step in build. It checks that all standard files
exist and creates missing directories.
Some of the error messages you don't have to worry about but if you
have omitted some previous step in build you'll get more of them. The
messages are saved in file /sys/build/fixerrs.
This part is modelled after the csh script /etc/setroot that came with
the Genix distribution. A root file system prototype is contained in
/sys/build/root (the format is similar to the prototype for mkfs). You
can edit /sys/build/root to match your system more closely.
