%

This is the initial passwords file /etc/passwd. Each line consists
    of 6 entries:

	name:password:userid:groupid:realname:home:shell

The first entry is for the superuser (root). There's no password yet
but we'll fix that shortly. Root has user id 0 and belongs to group
10 (sys). The home directory is / but could also be anything else.
All other users should have home directories such as /usr/usr/jensen.

The other users in this initial file are not "natural" persons but are
nevertheless important for keeping the system together. For example,
user play belongs to group 30 (games) and owns everything in /usr/games.
When you play certain games you will become effectively user play and
can then write score files in /usr/games/lib.
