System accounting keeps track of resources used by processes and
users. The information is kept in the file /usr/adm/acct. For
more information see manual sa(8), acct(5).

It is possible to turn on accounting automatically each time the
system is booted in multiuser, by putting the line

	/etc/accton /usr/adm/acct

in /etc/rc and by creating an empty /usr/adm/acct (in a later step
in build). If you want this done, answer 'yes' here.
