We met this file already when writing the /etc/rc file. It keeps
track of resources used by processes and users. As with /etc/utmp
and /usr/adm/wtmp, an empty initial file must be created. In
addition, accounting must be turned on explicitly, usually in the
    /etc/rc file, by the command

	/etc/accton /usr/adm/acct

This file can grow fast but is essential if you have several users
and are not giving away computer resources for free.
