    Most of the genix files are now on the disk, and we should check the
    consistency of the file system.  This is done by running the fsck
    program (see manual fsck(8)).  If there are inconsistencies, you'll
    get some messages on the screen but you don't have to do anything.
    In most cases fsck is able to repair the damage.
