Build is used to construct a full Genix after making the mini system.
The 3 basic commands to remember are
carriage return - to see list of alternatives (try it now!)
help - to get more information
quit - to immediately exit from a part of build
These are valid alternatives to any question asked by build. Note that
commands must be typed in lower case letters and can't be abbreviated.
