.SH DESCRIPTION
.I Rewind
rewinds the tape drive, if a tape is mounted on it.
This is done by opening and closing the tape drive,
using a file name that will rewind when the file is closed.
If an argument is given that is taken as the name of the tape
drive rather than the default
/dev/tc0.
