This is the top level of build. If you've just made the mini system
type 'all' and everything will be built. If you've already done part
of build, give the step number (two digits) to start at. Typing 'all'
is equivalent to typing step '01'.
You can always return to the top level by typing 'quit' to any question
asked by build.
