    Most of the genix files are now on the disk, and we should check
    the consistency of the file system.  This is done by running the
    'fsck' program (see manual section 8).

    If there are inconsistencies, you'll get some messages on the screen
    but you don't have to do anything.  In most cases 'fsck' is able to
    repair the damage.
