In the test phase a RC 39 system must be considered as consisting ↓
of one and only one "test-master", and a number of "test-slaves". ↓
After power-on all the intelligent Multibus cards will execute ↓
their built-in selftests concurrently. When the "test-master" has ↓
completed its own selftest succesfully, it will be able to ↓
monitor the test results from all other SBC's and to make a ↓
system configuration schedule.↲

If some "bad" Card ID is found during the Configuration process ↓
it may be presented like this in the configuration schedule.↲
