==========
The AMOS FMS maintains for each file
three dates in the corresponding BFD entry.
A date is a 48 bit constant counting the number of milliseconds
elapsed since the First of March year 1900.
A SWELL coded module enables the programmer to manipulate
dates in various ways :
1) Conversion from 'array' notation to internal format
e.g. (0,0,0,0,1,3,1900) -> #0000 0000 03E8
2) Conversion from internal format to text
e.g. #0000 0000 03E9 -> '1900:03:01 00:00:01.0001(:0:)'
3) Comparison of dates
