USERS'S GUIDE
-------------
This program removes directories. All the directories upto 15
levels below the specified directory are removed by removing one
file at a time from these directories. The program starts at the
bottom most directory or the directory at the 15th level and works
its way upwards in the tree. The specified directory is removed
if CLEAR is specified but not if CLEAN is used.
If the specified directory contains more than 15 levels, the
program removes the directory at the 15th level leaving all the files
below as garbage. This is done WITHOUT CHECKING WHETHER THE
ACCESSRIGHTS for these files are violated.

<L_OPTION> ::= I / R R
G_OPTION:

Y : (Yes) Not removable files are left as garbage.
N : (No) Not removable files and related directories
in all the above levels are retained.
L_OPTION:

I : (Ignore) Multilinked directory files are removed like
all other files, no message is sent to the user.
R : (Retain) Multilinked directories and all related directories
in its path are retained. A message is flashed
to this effect.
Non directory files are treated independently of this option.
