     >> Release 0101 <<

          Initial release to DKS-SCL. The program is a SWELL coded
          link module supporting utility programs in initialization,
          random-and sequential file handling.

          URW is an expansion to the standard UTILITYHELP (UTH)
          link module (CSS/107). URW includes READ and WRITE procedures
          supporting stream oriented input/output.

     >> Release 0102 <<

          A new procedure READUSERPARAMSEXT is implemented.
          This procedure allows local interpretation of keywords
          in extension to the normal 'I' and 'O'.
          (see UTH.I for details)

     >> Release 0103 <<

          The keyword-size changed to 2 bytes first+last.
          A new function WRITE_TEXT_P introduced to save
          space in reentrant programs. It will print program
          relative texts.

     >> Release 0201 <<

          The Procedure GET_AND_CON_FILE introduced.

          Possibility of auto create of files introduced.

          A new file URW_EXT.S to help the user when using
          READUSERPARAMSEXT introduced. (Source the file
          URW_EXT.S and edit it then some extra stream pro-
          cedures will be available).

          A new file URW_COMP.I giving all definitions without
          comments introduced because URW.I is quite big.
