Order Agreement SD/CAMPS PD/PDI 830610
(Addendum 2/CAMPS Sites)
1. This order from CR Systems Division/CAMPS to CR
Production Division/PDI specifies quantity, general
terms and payment terms of additional modules/items.
This order is ADDENDUM 2 to the mutually agreed
baseline of "Intern Meddelelse No. 309, 365" (I.M.
309/365).
2. D̲e̲l̲i̲v̲e̲r̲y̲ ̲S̲c̲h̲e̲d̲u̲l̲e̲
Appendix A of this order identifies the additional
quantities.
A detailed schedule for delivery shall be established
as soon as possible.
The scope of this schedule shall be that all equipment
of this order shall be delivered to CAMPS as soon
as possible, but no later than 831219.
3. E̲q̲u̲i̲p̲m̲e̲n̲t̲ ̲L̲i̲s̲t̲
A complete priced equipment list is provided in
appendix A.
The equipment ordered is intended for the following
use in CAMPS:
a) Memory expansion at 7 sites
b) Nato Site (site 16) Expansion (phase 2)
c) Site 4, Replacement of DSMT-modules
3.1 Memory expansion at 7 sites
2 512 K RAM Modules (p/n 4.04144-08), total 14
modules are intended for use in sites:
1, 4, 5, 8, 10, 13, 16.
3.2 Site 16 expansion (phase 2)
The following modules are intended for use in site

3.3 Site 4 Replacement of DSMT modules
The remaining items in Appendix A (i.e. total matrix
excl. items listed in 3.1 and 3.2 above) are intended
for site 4.
4. T̲e̲s̲t̲
The modules delivered shall have passed the applicable
unit tests defined for CAMPS deliveries.
The site 4 delivery (3.3 above) shall be delivered
as a site delivery according to existing guidelines.
5. P̲r̲i̲c̲e̲ ̲a̲n̲d̲ ̲P̲a̲y̲m̲e̲n̲t̲ ̲T̲e̲r̲m̲s̲
Price List: CPL 83/1
All prices are listed in Appendix A to this order
agreement. The listed prices include 25% discount.
Payment: On delivery to CAMPS: 100%
6. T̲e̲c̲h̲n̲i̲c̲a̲l̲ ̲R̲e̲q̲u̲i̲r̲e̲m̲e̲n̲t̲s̲
a) Warranty (ref CPL 82/7) shall be valid one
year after delivery.
b) All midifications (ECOs) existing at the time
of delivery shall be implemented on the modules
at the time of delivery.
c) Modification instructions including kits, if
applicable, must be supplied at no cost for
all units delivered by this agreement within
one year from delivery to SD/CAMPS.
After one year, repair and ECO update will
be charged on a time and material basis.
PD will implement ECOs, when modules are returned
to PDs facility.
d) Modules shall be manufactured according to
PD standards, supervised by CR PAD.
