DN 9 SHAPE accepted CRs comments
DN 13 PIP will not be updated to reflect a system software
acceptance plan and a special test bed.
If a special test bed is rquired to verify the security
CR will provide such one.
CR are willing to establish test cases which only address
the security requirement.
DN 17 SHAPE withdrawn their comment.
CR will deliver a System Design Documentation (Contract
L.I. 2.3.1)
DN 18 No update to the PIP.
CR will provide SHAPE with a plan that addresses CR
needs for equipment from NICSMA (BID1000)
DN 21 CR will update the master plan to reflect the as-built
documentation per site.
CR will reflect dependencies in miletone planning charts.
DN 22 SHAPE would like to receive all plans up front containing
all milestones.
SHAPE, however, recognizes that they are not in a position
to force CR to do so.
CR will update the subcontract management plan and
procedures to reflect subcontracts and associated major
milestones. It will be issued the 1/11 1980.
DN 23 Source listings willbe under configuration control
before and after the system acceptance.
DN 27 DN withdrawn
DN 29 CR agrees to update the PIP during the program.
Criteria for updates are issues that trigger changes
related to major CAMPS program milestones.
̲ ̲S̲T̲A̲T̲U̲S̲ ̲O̲N̲ ̲C̲P̲S̲/̲2̲3̲0̲/̲I̲C̲D̲/̲0̲0̲0̲3̲
Conclusion: SHAPE agrees the content of the document
as updated.
The final approval will be notified to CR, within 5
days after final draft, receipt.
The following comments were noted:
1. All DNs have been impleented satisfactory.
2. DN No. 30, 31, 34, 35, 41 have been implemented
in a draft form and approved by SHAPE
3. DN 68: A small change concernig print out of precedence.
4. CR/SHAPE agree to remove the flow diagram.
5. Section on Applicable ocuments shall be inserted
6. Editorial change of format presentation:
- system generated data on the screen in CAMPS
- user entered data in lower case
7. All retries, that presently are stated as 10 shall
be 5.
8. Update in transaction D in accordance with SRS
(Time stamp).
9. SRS doc. page 116: Format B shall be entered in
para 3.2.3.4(b).
10 The final document CPS(230/ICD/0001 will be airfreighted.

SHAPE has reviewed the ICD/0002 and has forward their
comments. These commnets were received with the enclosures.
SHAPE will clarify the situation.

editorial updates.
