    This program is used to convert presentation addresses from the old
    format to the one defined in "A string encoding of Presentation
    Address".

    Note well: ALL X.25 addresses are reported as being International
    X.25 addreses; if it's actually a JANET address, you'll need to
    change the output yourself  (the old code has no way of knowing
    this).
