To make the example databases, type

	sh < example.shar

This will make three examples:-

organisation/
	An example of the first DSA of an organisation.
national/
	An example of the first DSA of a country.
non-root/
	An example a DSA not holding slave copies of the ROOT and
	country EDBs, this is generally for organisation DSAs, but
	not the first.
