TextFile

This is a "passive" news transmission client.  It queries
other servers for news with NEWNEWS and gets it via the article
command.

This program still remains largely undocuemented and experimental.
PLEASE READ THE SOURCE for the best information. This will be more
integrated into the NNTP distribution, but it is a slow process.
