This report describes a software package allowing to use \PS{} with
\TeX. It includes in particular a new {\tt DVI} to \PS{} converter.
It supports pixel file based fonts (using {\tt GF}, {\tt PK} and {\tt
PXL} files), as well as \PS{} fonts. Other programs included are a
program to generate {\tt TFM} files for \PS{} fonts so that these
\PS{} fonts can be used in \TeX.

This software package was developed by the author as part of a
consulting contract with the Menil Foundation in Houston, TX.
This organization, in cooperation with the author, makes this
software package available to the \TeX{} community.
