Subject: pxtogf program.

Hi,

I have a PXL -> GF program working on Unix. (It was trivial to port;
Barbara Beeton gave me one that worked on Tops-20.)

This lets you convert from any of the three font formats to any other!
(Which means you don't have to worry about being able to ``get back''
to gf format.)
