Compiling information

This program is known to compile on 4.3bsd Unix, and under MS-DOS
using MSC 5.0. It should probably work on almost any system with
almost any C compiler.

If you wish to adjust the default values of the options, they are
near the top of bj.c, though they're probably acceptable as is.
