is the smtp protocol engine. It is responsible for interfacing between
PP and the smtp protocol.

responds to the following flags.

Sets the timeout for nameserver operations

The mandatory argument to \fIsmtpsrvr\fP is the channel to claim it is
coming from. There is no default for this.
