The Adventure shell.

This comes from Doug Gwyn, circa February 1984.

I typed it in from hardcopy, hacked on it a bit, and made it slightly more
portable and robust to other /bin/sh variants.

Still doesn't work totally.

Bug?  Complaints?  I don't wanna hear about them...
