`docs' contains the following documents describing the management system:

`MIB':		a formal description of the UCL MIB in ASN.1.

`osinms.ps':	a paper in postscript form with title "An OSI Network 
		Management System", presented in the ESPRIT Technical Week 
		in Brussels in November 1988.

`nmsguide.ps':  a UCL internal paper in postscript form with title
		"A Guide to the UCL Network Management System".

The two postcript papers have been run through the compress program.
You will need to uncompress them before printing.
