  [0] tactical -- tactical ship report
 
SYNTAX
      tactical [#shipnum]

DESCRIPTION
  This command allows users to survey their ships.  Where ``stock'' and 
``report'' give information about what the ship is carrying and where it
is going, ``tactical'' reports the ship's battle readiness.

  If given with no arguments, ``tactical'' will start with the current scope
and give reports on all ships from there down.
