Three examples:

basic.ro	Demonstrates getting read only colors
basic.rw	Demonstrates getting read-write colors
basic.ovl	Demonstrates getting read-write colors for
		overlay planes.  Clicking a button draws and undraws
		an overlay over graphics very efficiently.
