This is the Mailway X.400 gateway developed at INRIA. It is only available
under a license agreement with INRIA or to RARE memebers. For information
contact the RARE secretariat <raresec@nikhef.nl> for details.

The files int this directory are encrypted. 
The key is available only to licencees.

M.PLUS - Conditions for Use
 
INRIA (l'Institut national de Recherche en Informatique et en Automatique)
has kindly provided RARE (Reseaux Associes pour la Recherche Europeenee)
with a copy of the software called M.PLUS and sometimes referred to
as Mailway or Routeur X.400.
 
INRIA has agreed that the software may be copied to the RARE members for
their exclusive use in 'not for profit' organisations subject to the following:
 
1. Neither INRIA, nor RARE, guarantees the software in any way.
They are not liable for any direct or consequential loss that may arise
through use of this software.
 
2. Faults, problems and suggestions should be reported to INRIA (see
the contact points given below) but INRIA cannot commit in advance to
correct or react to these.
 
3. The software is provided only for internal use within the organisation
to which it is copied and further copying to third parties is subject to
the explicit agreement of INRIA or RARE and must include signed
agreement to these Conditions of Use. ("Internal use' is not intended
to inhibit in any way the use of this software in an open electronic
mail environment).
 
4. Any local modifications to the software must be reflected by
reference to the software as 'Routeur X.400 (locally modified)' or
'M.PLUS (locally modified)' as appropriate.
Any planned local modification must be reported to INRIA in advance,
stating the reason for the proposed changes. INRIA may, at their discretion,
refuse to permit the proposed changes within this licence agreement.
Further copying of such modified software is subject to the same conditions
as above but requires the explicit agreement of INRIA.
 
5. The name and origin of the software must be appropriately acknowledged.
