                                  UTAH

    Some tests of various origins were collected by the University of
    Utah. There are an on-line  test similar to the mips/Joy : bct.sh
    (calculus of 2**4096 with bc) and some other simple tests: fibo24
    which is a  fibonacci of 24, float  which executes  some floating
    point calculus (* and /), bytesort which fills a buffer and sorts
    data in, iofile which  reads and  writes a 65 Kb file on the disk
    and iocall which  realizes some I/O  on a buffer. These tests are
    significant of CPU  speed, quality  of C compiler and Unix imple-
    mentation. They are buffer cache and disk throughput sensitive.
