usage: lotto [-t n] [-b n] [-n n] [-?]

Lotto plays any of those games where you choose several numbers, and
try to match a random drawing.

But it's more than just another random number generator - this one works
on the principle that, the more you believe, the better it works! It includes
a nearly infinite number of testimonials from real, actual people who have
used Lotto to change their lives.

Switches:

	-?	This message.
	-h	Ditto.
	-t	Sets the top number of the range (default 49)
	-b	Sets the bottom number of the range (default 1)
	-n	Sets the number of numbers to pick (default 6, maximum 0)
