This is the remote mag tape library for 4.3 BSD. It is almost unchanged
from the 4.2 version. However, I am sending the whole thing, since the first
one is in the archives as an initial submission plus a patch, and it is
small enough to be reposted again from scratch.

Besides the remote mag tape library (-lrmt) itself, I am including patches
to tar, dd, and their man pages. I have used RCS this time around, therefore
"your line numbers may vary". Patch should be able to handle it, though.
