This package was written by William J. Romine as part of an
     undergraduate independent-study course.

After you install everything, you can load your programs with
-lrdbm instead of -ldbm. Then when you supply the name of a
     database file, you say

	host:file

to get the database of your choice. Note that at present no
authentication or detailed error information is passed (rudimentary
errors are returned however). As such, databases must be "public"
     with respect to permissions.

Note that you can not run this package if you have the AETDBM
option enabled in your ISODE configuration file.
