`h' contains the header files for the source code in `msap', 
`sma' and `smap'.


In order to tailor the management system to suit the local needs,
a configuration file named `mis.config' containing the names of the
systems providing the management information service should be installed
and the corresponding #defined pathname in config.h should be modified. 
The pathname for the directory containibg the configuration file at UCL is:

The file `mis.config' in ETCDIR contains the names of the systems on which
SMAs run. There should be one system name per line, comment lines starting
with a #.  This should be installed on all systems that access the management
service which are usually a superset of the systems that provide it.
The configuration file for ucl is `osimis/mis.config'.
