Nothing very complicated here.  If your TFMs are not in /usr/lib/tex/fonts
you should edit global.h, and if you use "make install" you might want to
edit the Makefile to say where to install!  User-level documentation is in
doc;  sorry that there's no real man page, but I don't speak nroff.  The 
source itself is copiously documented.  Best of luck.
