The Count_Line procedure counts the following kinds of lines in
Ada units:

   Total Lines in the Unit
   Number of blank lines
   Number of comment lines (ie lines that begin with a "--")
   Number of lines that contain a semicolon
   
The data is sorted both by name and by total line count.  The In_Units
parameter will take any Environment naming string.
