This is a rather late christmas letter to you, but better keep in
contact. So we hope that you - at the time when this letter arrives - 
had a merry christmas and we wish you a pleasant new year.

A few things has happened at this side of the pond.*nl*
Jytte is full time practising lawyer and very happy about it.
She still has a little teaching at the law school at the
University.

At my work our computer had a major chrash in spring due to that
is was placed in a rather dirty room. Before we could get it
repaired we had to move it. So we used three month to move
it and us and to make our new rooms habitable. We moved to
an old building just north of the H. C. Ørsted Institute, the
Medical-anatomic Instute. This building is being vacated as
the medical people are moving to new buildings.
We got some really nice rooms in a former professor apartment.
We even got an open fireplace. Personally I have got the
and office in a penthouse and I can just go out of my door to
a large balcony with a fine view.
Further I have a personal bathroom with a bathtub.

Over to private life.*nl**np*
Troels is growing very fast and is now a big boy with his
4 years. He loves and hates his parents, but no other than
his Anders and Jytte is allowed to bring him to kindergarten.

Allthogh I (Jytte) try to learn him about womens lib, he does
not like little girls, but if there is only girls around
he dont mind playing with them.

Troels would like to go to US and visit you and he cannot
understand why he was not with us when we visited the US.

We have bought a house and moved away from Amicisvej.
Well. We wanted to have more rooms and also to move
downwards a little bit. The new house is quite spacious.
It consist of three floors. A cellar with 6 good rooms
and a toilet. A ground floor with hall, dining room
(slightly smaller than that on Amicisvej), 
sitting room (also smaller), a room for Troels to play in
(quite large), kitchen, toilet and a garden room.
On first floor there is Jyttes working room (quite large),
our bedroom, my room, Troels bedroom and a bathroom and a
toilet. And not to forget a guestroom. The house is
a red brick house on Virginiavej no. 5 and from the
vindow in the sitting room we can see Jyttes old room in
her parents apartment on Smallegade. In our opinion it is
a beatiful house and there is a small nice garden to it.
When we first saw it, it looked
like the place where the Sleeping Beauty had slept for 100 years,
and she had not kept the place up while sleeping and further
she had just walked out without cleaning the house (Poor prince).
So we, assisted by friends, have worked rather hard on the house
to make it habitable. Actually just after we bought the house we
could divide our friends into two quite distinct groups. The
first group thought it was a lovely house with lot of possibilities.
The other group we called the suicide group. President of that was
Jyttes sister. But today the house and the garden are both in
a resonable shape allthough we still need to do a lot. (A new roof,
put in insulation here and there etc.).

We all hope to see you in the new year in our new house. We are definately
not going abroad as our economy is quite weak as we still have not
sold Amicisvej. But we have a good bank!.
