Last change of plotting system 1981.01.21

The houston dp-11 plotter and the tektronix 406 plotter
are now implemented 1981.01.21

The manual for the system is found in "plotman" 1980.10.02

It may be hard to find out which terminal the tektronix
plotter is connected to. The simplest way is to create an "s" process
using the tektronix plotter as a terminal and perform
lookup c
